With a focus on functionality, the project includes three designated parking spaces and a strategic design of the exterior wall assembly to optimize interior space on the typical Chicago lot. This two-bedroom unit is designed for students or young professionals, featuring a contemporary and minimalist architectural approach. The emphasis is on a straightforward and efficient design that addresses the practical needs of urban living, prioritizing utility and spatial efficiency.
