The third in a cluster of buildings on Huron street Huron 3.0 reimagines a storefront that was previously a windowless residential unit and turns a garage space into a three story live-work space. Working closely with the owner and construction team Future Firm looked for strategic and cost effective changes that would create modern light filled apartments on a budget.
