Kimball Arts Center is a hub of creativity located in Chicago's Humboldt Park. It hosts a cafe, pop-up store, restaurant, independent businesses and artist’s studios. Future Firm renovated 25,000 sf of the complex, providing tenant build outs and design strategies for common areas. New programs for the common areas included a communal kitchenette and living area for tenants to hold meetings, host mixers and have meals together. Tenant space scope of work ranged from white box build outs with new lighting, plumbing and partition walls to a comprehensive interior design strategy for clients such as Chicago Mobile Makers.
