Lake Park Tower is a 14-story tower in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood on the last block of private land before the Lake. Rising above the street, the units have beautiful views of the lake to the east and north and easy access to the adjacent public park and recreation opportunities. The development includes a two-story parking podium with a slender entry lobby and auto court for drop off. On top of two levels of parking an amenity level with a pool, walking track, landscape and indoor communal space will be accessible to all residents. Floors four to eight include four units per floor. Floors nine to fourteen have two units per floor. Each unit has luxury finishes and expansive views. The tower is concrete construction with precast concrete exterior panels with a curvilinear finish. Each unit has access to an outdoor balcony and large windows for natural light and views.
