The Tattoo Lounge
A prototype design for a new kind of tattoo parlor, inspired by wellness and technology spaces in lieu of the typical ‘biker bar.’
The design concept for this bodyart storefront brings together the private, unique, one-on-one relationship between an artist and their client with the public, transparent and innovative energy of a thriving business. This design creates a clear strategy which can be implemented in any space while maintaining its recognizable and unique aesthetic. The entry space is an open, energetic environment, with the aim of opening up the tattoo industry to everyone. It showcases the history of the tattoo industry and its tools. This area also provides workshop tables for people to practice for themselves and offers brand merchandise.
